Angie Schejbal
Broker Owner
I can tell you I have been in the real estate industry since
2015 and am an awesome agent being able to negotiate the deal of your dreams, but
that's just my opinion….what I am is a person who has been in sales since
1992, understanding a client’s wants and providing continued service throughout
the partnership while delivering results.
Understanding, service, results…the sales equation really hasn’t swayed
from these three simple principles.
Understanding- shut up and listen to what the person has to say! Hard for some sales people to do as they want
to overshare their successes and why you should go with them…me, me, me. That isn’t good for you, the potential Seller
or Buyer, or Agent or Associate. At the
end of the day, the practice of selling and buying, acquiring or liquidating
real estate is the same between agencies, with of course variations between
Brokerages. The ability of the agent to
listen and be empathetic towards your situation is special; that is what builds
the bond between the Agent and the Seller and the Agent and the Buyer, the
Broker and the Agent, and the Agency and the people they serve.
Service- “how can I be of service to others”, means more
than earning a real estate commission.
How can my understanding of the person evolve into a plan of action that
meets their needs? How can I deliver a
result by thinking differently, doing differently? Being of service to others presents me with a
conscientious commitment to do good for the person; the feeling goes beyond a
signature on a listing agreement or contract for sale which is a nice
accomplishment, however, is just the start of the relationship with that person.
Results- at the end of the day we each strive for that SOLD!
sign in the yard; and of course, getting the most dollars out of the property for
the Seller or a heck of a deal for the Buyer.
The result may also be a beautiful marriage between the Seller and the Buyer,
where the transaction is seamless or the two have much in common; or the Agent
and the Broker, as the Agent feels confident in their abilities through the
nurturing of the Broker; the Result is more than a SOLD! sign, it is a sense of
doing good for someone and being Proud of what you have done.
The ability to sell may be simple to some people; the ability to Understand, provide Service and get Results takes experience in practicing these skills everyday...and being humble in knowing you have to practice these skills to stay effective.
Thank you for reading my unconventional take at a biography...I look forward in Being of Service to you one day!
